If you require visa support documents, please read the information below carefully.
Visa support documents, such as a Letter of Guarantee and Letter of Invitation, will be prepared only upon request for the purpose of attending BRS 2026.
Before requesting visa support, applicants must first complete all of the following:
The planned stay in Japan should be within a maximum of two weeks, including the symposium period and travel days.
